Pressurized oxygen, under physician care.
Private hyperbaric sessions in a quiet suite, guided by our medical team and built into a plan that fits the rest of your care.
Medical oversight, in a setting that does not feel medical
Physician led from the start
Your session is reviewed by our medical team against your history and your medications, so the plan is built for you rather than sold to you.
A considered protocol
Session length, pressure and cadence are set deliberately, then adjusted as we learn how you respond.
An unhurried setting
A calm, beautifully finished suite and a team that knows your name, your history and what you are working toward.
Reasons our patients book a session
Recover: your first session, timed to your procedure
Had a laser, surgery or Mohs with us? Your provider sets the timing, usually the week after, and your first hyperbaric session comes paired with red light at Delray Skin, our wellness studio next door. Ask at checkout and we will book it before you leave.
Your provider sets the timing
Every procedure heals on its own clock. We book your session for the window where added oxygen does the most for swelling, bruising and the healing line.
Oxygen, then red light
An hour in the chamber followed by a red light session, so the tissue gets both the oxygen and the signal to rebuild. One appointment, one visit.
Then a plan, if it helps
If your recovery would benefit from more, we write a short series into your plan. If one session is enough, we say so.
Your visit, start to finish
Every plan begins with a conversation about your history and your goals. Nothing is booked before we know it is right for you.
Consultation
We review your health history and what you are hoping to feel, then confirm whether hyperbaric is appropriate for you at all.
Your session
You settle in and breathe normally while the pressure rises gently. Most people read, listen to something, or simply sleep.
Your plan
We map out cadence, confirm whether your diagnosis qualifies for insurance coverage, and show you how hyperbaric sits alongside the rest of your care.
Questions, answered
What is hyperbaric oxygen therapy?
It is a session spent breathing oxygen inside a chamber held above normal atmospheric pressure. The added pressure allows your body to take in more oxygen per breath than it would at room air.
What does a session actually feel like?
Most people describe it as restful. You may notice fullness in your ears as the pressure changes, much like a plane taking off, and our team walks you through how to clear it before you begin.
How long does a session take?
Plan for roughly an hour inside the chamber, plus time to settle in beforehand and talk with your provider afterward.
How many sessions will I need?
Hyperbaric works cumulatively. Benefits build session over session, which is why we recommend it in packages ranging from 10 sessions up to 20. Your cadence is customized to your condition and your goals, and we will map it out with you at your consultation.
Is it appropriate for everyone?
No. Certain health conditions, ear and sinus issues, and some medications make hyperbaric a poor fit, which is exactly why the consultation comes first. If it is not right for you, we will tell you and suggest something that is.
How does pricing work?
We accept insurance for approved diagnosis codes related to wound healing, and our team will verify your coverage before you begin. Wellness, recovery and performance sessions are self pay, priced by single session or by package. We will walk you through the options at your consultation, with no pressure either way.
Request your hyperbaric session
Tell us what you are hoping to feel and our team will follow up personally, usually the same day.
We reply personally. Your information is never shared.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is cleared by the FDA for a defined set of medical conditions, including certain wound healing diagnoses. Where your diagnosis and coverage qualify, those sessions are billed to insurance and our team verifies your benefits before you begin. Wellness, recovery and performance uses fall outside those clearances and are offered as elective, self pay services. Individual experiences vary, and no outcome is promised. Your consultation will confirm which pathway applies to you.
