This procedure is commonly referred to as Labia reduction and involves reduction of the labia. Patients request this surgery because their labia either hangs, appears to be too long, presents with pain, discomfort when wearing tight undergarments and irritation in this area. During this procedure the excess skin in the labia is carefully removed. This is an outpatient procedure that can be done under local anesthesia and sedation.

This procedure consists in performing fat grafting taken from another area of the body like the abdomen or the inner knees, to the labia majora to improve the contour of the labia majora, increasing the size, enhancing the shape, correcting the proportional imbalances, and improving their firmness.
